1. Who we are

RedFulfill (“RedFulfill”, “we”, “us”) provides a done-for-you Reddit presence service for brands, a free Reddit audit, and white-label Reddit delivery for marketing agencies. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or ordering a package, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the service.

3. The service

For brands, RedFulfill provides Reddit research, writing, posting, and reporting for one brand, with every contribution approved by you before publication, plus a free Reddit audit. For agencies, RedFulfill provides the same service under the agency’s own brand, through a white-label platform. The scope, limits, and price of each package are set out on the pricing page at the time of order.

4. Free audit and partner referrals

The free audit is provided without charge and without obligation. It is an assessment based on publicly available information and the details you give us. It is not a guarantee of results.

If we believe an agency partner is a better fit for your request, we may, with your agreement, share the details you submit with that agency so that it can contact you. We choose partners in good faith but are not a party to any agreement you make with them.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Packages are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you order, plus any applicable taxes. Package limits (personas, subreddits, brands, mentions, and comments) apply per month and do not roll over. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.

6. Content approval and client responsibilities

Every post or comment is submitted for approval in the platform before it is published. You are responsible for reviewing content, for the accuracy of any claims about your client or their products, and for ensuring you have the right to promote them. You must not ask us to publish content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

7. Reddit and acceptable use

Content is published on Reddit, a platform we do not control. Reddit and individual subreddits have their own rules, and moderators may remove content or restrict accounts at any time. Where a placement is removed, we will attempt to place it again up to three times. We cannot guarantee that any placement will remain live, rank, be upvoted, or be referenced by search engines or AI systems.

You must not use the service to harass anyone, to spread spam, or to breach Reddit’s terms or any applicable law.

8. No guarantee of results

Reddit visibility, search rankings, and AI recommendations depend on many factors outside our control. Any figures on this website, in an audit, or in a report are illustrative or historical and are not a promise of future performance.

9. White-label use and confidentiality

Agencies may present the platform and its output under their own brand. We will not contact an agency’s clients directly except where required to deliver the service or by law. Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform these terms.

10. Intellectual property

Once paid for, content we create for you may be used by you and your client without restriction. The platform, its software, designs, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for the duration of your package.

11. Your data

We collect the details you submit through our forms, together with basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, in order to respond to you, deliver the service, and keep records. We store this data with our hosting and email providers, and share it only as described in section 4, with service providers who process it for us, or where the law requires. You can ask us to correct or delete your data by emailing hello@redfulfill.com.

12. Term and termination

Packages continue month to month until cancelled. Either party may cancel with notice before the next billing date. We may suspend or end the service immediately if you breach these terms, if payment is overdue, or if continuing would breach the law or Reddit’s rules. On termination you keep access to reports and live links already delivered.

13. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at redfulfill.com/terms. Material changes to a paid package will be notified to you in advance.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country], and the courts of [city] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
